We aim to bridge the gap between academia and industry by integrating courses with real-world applications, providing internship and employment matching opportunities, and arranging company visits. These initiatives help students grasp industry trends and achieve seamless integration between learning and career development 

This time, in collaboration with the Department of Optoelectronics and Materials Engineering at Chung Hua University, we invited experts from various fields to unveil key techniques in material analysis. They provided students with insights into failure analysis methods and their practical applications. We also provided students with essential interview and resume-writing skills. Our HR experts conducted hands-on sessions to share interview techniques and guide students in crafting effective resumes . At the end of the series, we arranged students to visit the laboratory to explore the secrets of detection and analysis, and personally experience the professional daily work of the engineers.

 We value talent cultivation and actively implement it through industry-academia collaboration .We hope that close collaboration with schools can be a strong support for students to transition to the workplace, and help students unleash their potential there to create a new exciting future for themselves.
