iST and the Department of Optoelectronics and Materials Engineering, Chung Hua University, are perfect partners in talent cultivation.

The professional lectures in the previous semester received an enthusiastic response. We invited the Head of the Electrical Failure Analysis Department this semester to conduct an in-depth exploration of practical cases for students and share valuable workplace experiences with them.
On-site counseling and interview activities were arranged for students to understand more about the core business and technology applications of iST’s medical center of the electronics industry.
Based on the specialties and interests of the students, we will provide them with customized job recommendations  to help them successfully transition into the workforce and start their careers on the right track .

iST will continue to focus on the campus and provide more students with endless industry knowledge.
