iST worked with Tamkang University for a New International Student Program
In response to the National Development Council’s population and migrant strengthening policy, the industry has recommended attracting more international students to study in Taiwan and stay for training. To address this Ministry of Education launched an international student program.

In the face of the low birth rate, both schools and enterprises are under pressure.  As Taiwan leads the global semiconductor industry, it is essential to cultivate more students for the technology sector .
In response to this situation, Tamkang University worked with nine companies, including iST, to support this strategy of the Ministry of Education.
We are recruiting outstanding international students to study and work in Taiwan through two new programs tailored to industry needs: “Semiconductor and Quantum Testing, Department of Physics” and “AI Intelligent Machinery and Sustainable Manufacturing, College of Engineering”, with this collaboration, we hope to cultivate more industry talents and create a win-win situation for all parties involved .
