iST worked with the Department of Materials Science and Engineering,  National Tsing Hua University, for a corporate mentor program. Rui-Hong Hsu, Assistant Manager of Materials Analysis, was invited to serve as the mentor and led the students on a series of professional learning journeys.
    
During the enterprise seminars arranged, Assistant Manager Hsu shared his valuable practical experiences and forward-looking insights on the industry’s future development, as well as workplace challenges and opportunities, to inspire students in their career development. After the enlightening lecture, we arranged a laboratory visit, allowing students to gain a deeper understanding of real-world inspection and analysis operations and work environments .

 Corporate mentors are not just leaders but also sources of inspiration and guidance. We hope this industry-academia exchange serves as a memorable learning experience for students and that iST can continue fostering technological talent through in-depth academic collaboration.
