iST is dedicated  to  talent cultivation and  regard industry-academia collaboration as a sustainable development approach.

This collaboration gained special attention at Tamkang University, the alma mater of our Chairman, Wei-Been Yu.We invited the manager of the material analysis department, and alsoa distinguished alumnus of Tamkang University's Department of Physics , to unlock the secrets of  material analysis for the students and give them advice on and provide career development advice . 
This speech attracted over 80 students. They learned and asked questions actively, and actively engaged in learning and discussions, showcasing their potential as future talents .
 iST continues to drive industry-academia collaboration  . We will visit all the schools and  look forward to meeting  with the students there!
