Periodically, we audit the labs for deficiencies, which shall be measured so as to let all employees attach importance to their own safety at work and make sure that the principle of keeping the customers' properties confidential is implemented. The improvement proposal review meeting conducts discussions and audits based on the "On-site Review Form for Improvement Proposals" evaluated by the committee members for each proposal, and votes to determine the rating of each proposal.
