iST and the Department of Applied Materials Science and Technology, Minghsin University of Science and Technology, have been working together for many years in fostering talent together. To coincide with the launch of the "Semiconductor Talent Cultivation Base", we invited the manager in charge of material analysis to share the nano analysis technology of semiconductors.

This lecture is expected to ignite students' enthusiasm for semiconductor verification and analysis, and to and nurture future talents in inspection and analysis future stars of inspection and analysis.
