This year, in our first participation in the Ministry of Labor’s "Work-Life Balance Award", we stood out among 251 competing companies and were honored with the "Employee Care Award", recognizing our commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance.

Through the "Newcomer Onboarding Program", dedicated mentors provide guidance and assistance, helping new team members quickly integrate into iST.
