iST upholds the core value of "people first", dedicating itself to diverse employee care, mental and physical well-being, and positive communication, creating a healthy and friendly workplace that supports work-life balance. This year, in our first participation in the Ministry of Labor’s "Work-Life Balance Award", we stood out among 251 competing companies and were honored with the "Employee Care Award", recognizing our commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance.
From the very first day employees join iST, our care and support begin. Through the "Newcomer Onboarding Program", dedicated mentors provide guidance and assistance, helping new team members quickly integrate into iST. We are committed to fostering a healthy and friendly workplace, continuously focusing on employees' physical and mental well-being. By offering diverse health promotion activities—such as step challenges, weight-loss competitions, and various sports tournaments—along with incentives and rewards, we encourage employees to "Move Together with iST", cultivating a dynamic workplace culture centered around fitness. In addition, we implement comprehensive occupational health and safety measures to safeguard employee health. Through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), employees can access professional psychological and legal consultation, ensuring they receive the support they need to create a secure and reassuring work environment.
iST has designed a supportive and enjoyable workplace, featuring facilities such as a gym, yoga and aerobics studio, game center, café, massage room, and multi-functional spaces, allowing employees to relax, unwind, and stay active after work.
