At iST, we believe in growing together with the community. In April 2024, iST organized four CSR experience events at the LOHAS Farm, operated by the Ai-Heng Center for persons with disabilities. More than 80 colleagues and their family members took part in this meaningful initiative to explore an inclusive, sustainable way of living.

Participants joined guided tours through the aromatic herb garden, learning about the diverse uses and benefits of various herbal plants. They also had the chance to craft their own natural essential oil products, experiencing the therapeutic power of plants firsthand. A handmade pizza workshop added delicious fun to the day, creating warm, shared memories for all involved.

Each session also featured a tree planting activity, where participants planted young trees as a symbol of hope, unity, and our collective commitment to a greener future.

Through this initiative, iST not only extended support to the local community but also offered employees a chance to engage with social inclusion in a tangible and heartfelt way. We are proud to stand with the Ai-Heng Center and will continue to contribute to a society where care, respect, and inclusion grow side by side.
