At iST, we believe in making a difference through action. In the first half of 2024, 25 iST employees volunteered in eight sensory integration and music group sessions held by the Foundation for Rare Disorders, supporting children with rare diseases in a safe, encouraging learning environment through play.

These sessions focused on sensory-motor integration and musical activities, aimed at enhancing children’s physical coordination, attention span, and social interaction skills. Our volunteers actively assisted throughout each class—guiding games, ensuring emotional comfort, and providing a safe and caring presence—allowing the children to grow with confidence and joy. Their efforts also gave parents a valuable sense of support and peace of mind.

This journey was not only about giving, but also about mutual growth. By engaging with these incredible children, our volunteers witnessed the resilience and beauty of life, and rediscovered the quiet strength of being present. iST will continue to promote corporate volunteering, working hand in hand with social service organizations to help build a more inclusive and compassionate world.
