iST x NTHU|Shaping Future Engineering Talent
iST is committed to nurturing talent through collaboration with academia, turning our ESG vision of sustainable education into action.
We recently welcomed students from National Tsing Hua University’s Department of Power Mechanical Engineering for a hands-on learning visit. The program included lab tours and a featured talk to help students explore real-world engineering careers.
Students observed our engineers at work and joined a session by our Director of Failure Analysis:
“The Critical Force in the Semiconductor Supply Chain.”
The speech introduced how material analysis and failure diagnostics support the semiconductor ecosystem—helping students connect their studies with industry impact.
