Supporting Underserved Students in Pursuit of Higher Education

As part of our long-standing commitment to educational equity and community engagement, iST sponsored the Bo-You Foundation Zhudong Center Scholarship Program in 2024. This initiative provides financial assistance to students who were previously served by the Foundation through junior high school and are now continuing their education in high schools, vocational schools, five-year colleges, universities, or graduate programs.
 

The scholarship aims to support students with strong academic performance who face financial challenges, helping them reduce the burden of tuition and living expenses so they can focus on their studies and future goals. In 2024, a total of 22 students received scholarships under this program.
 

Many of the students wrote heartfelt thank-you cards, expressing their deep gratitude for the support and sharing their dreams for the future. Their words reflect not only appreciation but also a growing sense of responsibility—many have pledged to give back to society when they are able.

iST firmly believes that education is a powerful force for long-term, sustainable change. By investing in young people today, we are helping to shape a brighter tomorrow. We will continue to engage with local communities, collaborate with nonprofit partners, and extend our support to ensure that no child's education is hindered by financial barriers.
