In October 2024, iST celebrated its 30th anniversary with a grand Sports Day, bringing together nearly 1,000 employees for a day of fun, energy, and connection. More than just a company celebration, the event also embraced our long-standing commitment to social responsibility by inviting four local social welfare organizations to join us through a charity fair held on-site.
 

Though October is usually associated with crisp autumn air, the event day was more like summer in full swing—under the blazing sun, everyone was glowing red from the heat, yet spirits remained high. From intense team competitions to lighthearted games and interactive booths, the atmosphere was filled with joy and camaraderie.
 

The organizations that joined us included:

• Children Are Us Foundation

• Rare Disorders Family Support Center

• Zhuo Zhuo Home

• Ji-Shian Sheltered Workshop

Each brought a selection of handmade goods, snacks, and crafts created by individuals with disabilities, offering employees the opportunity to support meaningful causes while learning more about each organization’s mission and impact.
 

At iST, we believe that corporate milestones are not just about growth—they are about growing together with the community. Whenever we host large internal events, we always seek ways to extend our platform to local social service groups, creating opportunities to give back and be seen.
