Shared Spaces, Shared Purpose – iST Welcomes Social Welfare Groups for On-Site Charity Sales

Beyond technological excellence, iST is committed to creating meaningful impact through responsible use of corporate space and resources. For years, we have opened our facilities to local social welfare organizations, inviting them to hold regular charity sales on-site. These events allow acts of support to take place naturally within the rhythm of our daily work—where every purchase becomes a gesture of compassion and solidarity.

In 2024, during which iST hosted a total of 30 on-site charity sales, in collaboration with:

  • Little Sprout Workshop, affiliated with the Chinese Benevolent Social Welfare Association

  • Ji-Shian Sheltered Workshop, under the Eden Social Welfare Foundation

Both organizations are dedicated to supporting persons with disabilities through sheltered employment training, offering work experience in areas such as light assembly, food packaging, sales (both in-store and off-site), and warehouse logistics. Their mission is to equip sheltered employees with practical skills, enhance their confidence, and help them move toward more independent living.

The goods sold during these charity events—snacks, handmade crafts, and daily-use items—are proudly made or packaged by the sheltered workers themselves. Each item reflects not only their effort and skill, but also the journey of perseverance behind it. For iST employees, every purchase is an opportunity to engage with a broader community and contribute to a more inclusive society.

At iST, we believe corporate influence lies not just in growth, but in the conscious decision to share our space and walk alongside those who need support. We will continue to open our doors to public welfare, ensuring that kindness and inclusion have a place in every corner of our company.
