As the glow of the Mid-Autumn moon fills the sky, iST celebrates the season by sharing warmth and kindness through action. 
In September, we invited “Lulu HeYa” (Green Sprout Hope Workshop) to host a Mid-Autumn charity sale at iST. Over three lively sessions, the atmosphere was filled with laughter, delicious aromas, and heartfelt participation from colleagues across the company.
 

The charity stalls featured festive gift sets, bagels, and assorted baked treats—carefully selected, packaged, and sold by the “Lulu HeYa” team. Behind each product lies more than just a celebration of the season; it represents the real-life training and dedication of young adults with special needs, learning job skills such as product organization, customer service, and cashier interactions. Through these experiences, they gain both confidence and valuable workplace readiness. 
 

Founded in 2020 by the WeLove Charity Association, “Lulu HeYa” aims to help young adults with developmental challenges transition from sheltered workshops to open employment.
As Chairperson Eva puts it, “When one child goes out, another can come in.”
This heartfelt belief embodies the organization’s mission—to give every child the opportunity to grow, work, and find their place in society.
 

Through this collaboration, iST not only provided a friendly marketplace for social enterprises but also fostered a spirit of inclusion and shared prosperity. Together, we continue to turn goodwill into growth, allowing the seeds of love to sprout and thrive in every act of kindness.
