It has been three months since the interns joined iST, and the interns have successfully transformed: they’re now confident iST team members who tackle challenges and work independently.

To support their next stage, we hosted an Internship Sharing Forum. Three former interns, now full-time staff, shared invaluable career wisdom on mindset, team integration, and work rhythm.

The event fostered strong bonds and provided essential guidance. It successfully strengthened team cohesion, highlighting iST’s commitment to talent development.
