When we think about supporting those in need, we may sometimes overlook another group of equally important contributors —
the social welfare organizations and frontline workers who stand with vulnerable communities every day and help sustain the fabric of society. They, too, deserve understanding, recognition, and support.

In 2025, Integrated Service Technology (iST) consolidated the charitable funds accumulated through employees’ participation in a company-wide walking initiative and donated the entire amount to the Taiwan Dream Project Association, an organization dedicated to supporting micro social welfare organizations across Taiwan.

This contribution was not a one-time donation, but the result of employees’ daily efforts — each step contributing to a shared commitment. It reflects iST’s belief in transforming everyday actions into meaningful social impact, together with our employees.

Last week, iST representatives were invited to attend the annual year-end gathering for micro social welfare organizations hosted by the Taiwan Dream Project Association.
The event brought together 298 micro social welfare organizations and more than 600 social workers from across Taiwan, all of whom have long been serving different communities with dedication and perseverance. Through this meaningful exchange, we gained a deeper understanding of the weight and value of social welfare work, and the remarkable resilience these organizations demonstrate as they continue to support countless lives with limited resources.

During the event, we encountered many inspiring stories of life.
Some individuals, though unable to see, moved the audience with their singing and delicate musical performances;
others, though unable to hear, expressed rhythm and emotion through movement, dancing their own stories of life.

While each person may face different limitations, they have not allowed these challenges to define or confine them. Instead, they continue striving to live full and dignified lives within their circumstances. Behind these powerful stories stand social welfare organizations and workers who provide steady companionship, guidance, and support, often without public recognition.

iST remains committed to supporting social welfare initiatives through concrete actions. Together with our employees, we will continue to pay attention to these often unseen yet indispensable forces within society.
