Throughout iST’s corporate journey, we have always believed that a company’s growth should not be defined solely by technological advancement or market expansion. Among these, education has consistently been one of our key areas of focus—because education often determines whether a child can rise beyond the circumstances they were born into and make choices for their own future.

As we have continued to pay attention to education in rural and underserved areas, the vision and actions of the Boyo Social Welfare Foundation have left a deep impression on us. Boyo’s long-term commitment to after-school tutoring and educational companionship goes beyond improving short-term academic performance. At its core, Boyo focuses on how education can truly become a force for changing a child’s future.

iST particularly resonates with the philosophy articulated by Boyo Foundation’s Honorary Chairman, Professor Lee Chia-Tung:“Education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty—by improving the learning outcomes of children from disadvantaged families in rural areas, and empowering them with the ability to choose their future professions and ways of life.”

It is this shared belief that led iST to establish a long-term partnership with the Boyo Foundation. Over the years, iST has continuously supported Boyo’s educational initiatives through scholarships and learning resource contributions, accompanying children from underserved communities as they pursue stable learning paths and providing stronger support throughout their growth.

Building on this foundation of collaboration, iST joined hands with the Boyo Foundation’s Zhudong Center at the start of the new year to prepare a back-to-school gift for children in the after-school tutoring program. Through learning supplies that align closely with everyday study needs, we hope to accompany children as they build confidence through writing and reflection—step by step, drawing their own visions for the future.
