Recognizing talent as the cornerstone of sustainability, iST recently collaborated with Taipei-Keelung-Yilan-Hualien-Kinmen-Matsu Reglonal Branch of Workforce Development Agency to host an immersive site visit for students from National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT). By integrating government and academic resources, we successfully extended learning from the classroom to the industry's front lines.
 
The event featured a tour of core laboratories, where students observed engineering operations firsthand. This interactive experience effectively bridged the gap between theory and practice, serving as a dynamic platform for career exploration.
