iST is committed to talent development and industry-academia collaboration. Recently, students from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University(NYCU) visited iST to gain firsthand exposure to the technology industry through guided tours and interactive exchanges.
 
Students from diverse academic backgrounds — including electrical engineering, photonics, business management, industrial engineering, and foreign languages — explored our laboratories and learned about the real work of engineers. To make technical concepts more accessible, we introduced industry applications through simple, relatable examples and hands-on observations of testing and analysis processes behind electronic products.
 
We believe talent is the foundation of sustainable growth. We will continue investing in industry-academia partnerships and providing students with opportunities to explore future career paths and connect with the industry early on.
