iST continues to promote industry-academia exchange and talent cultivation through its Corporate Mentor Program in collaboration with the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at National Tsing Hua University.
For this event, Associate Vice President Hsu Ju-Hung from Material Analysis was invited to serve as the corporate mentor. Through industry sharing sessions and company visits, students gained deeper insights into the practical applications, technology development trends, and career opportunities within the semiconductor testing and analysis industry.
In addition to the corporate sharing session, students also visited iST laboratories to gain a closer understanding of testing and analysis procedures, equipment operations, and the working environment. The visit helped extend classroom learning into real-world industrial settings and further strengthened students’ understanding of the technology industry.
iST believes that talent cultivation is a key foundation of corporate sustainability. Moving forward, iST will continue to strengthen connections with academia through corporate mentorship programs, campus engagement, and industry-academia collaborations, contributing to the development of future talent with professional expertise and practical perspectives for the technology industry.
