iST continues to strengthen industry–academia collaboration and talent development. Recently, we visited Minghsin University of Science and Technology(MUST) to deliver an industry lecture, using case studies to help students understand how engineers approach and analyze chip anomalies, bridging classroom learning with industry practice.

A highlight of the course was the invited instructor, an alumnus of MUST, who returned to campus to share experience from the semiconductor industry, as well as insights from his own career journey from student to professional.

We believe the value of industry–academia collaboration goes beyond knowledge transfer—it lies in the continuation of experience and the cultivation of future talent. Through industry lectures and practical sharing, we aim to bring know-how into classrooms and help students better prepare for their future careers.
