To support young talent development and strengthen industry-academia collaboration, iST recently held a one-on-one career consultation event at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU).

During the event, iST’s HR team provided students with resume reviews, interview advice, and career planning guidance, while also sharing insights into the semiconductor verification and testing industry.

Through direct interaction and experience sharing, iST hopes to help students better understand industry trends, discover their strengths, and prepare for future career opportunities.
