The true value of philanthropy lies not only in providing support, but in the commitment to stay alongside those in need over time.

Since 2009, iST has partnered with the Dawn Development Center of the Ren-Ai Social Welfare Foundation, supporting disability services through long-term engagement and meaningful action. Over the past 16 years, we have witnessed countless stories of perseverance, growth, and transformation.
 

In 2025, iST once again joined the Foundation’s annual charitable initiatives, accompanying service participants through a year filled with warmth, learning, and meaningful experiences. The “Hope Takes Flight” Charity Fair and Environmental Awareness Carnival in May brought together community members and supporters, creating opportunities for participants to engage with the public, build confidence, and showcase their abilities. Through every interaction, greater understanding and inclusion took root within the community.
 

In September, the benefit concert Love Builds Our City – The Firebird used the power of music to inspire compassion and hope. Beyond an unforgettable musical performance, the event brought together people from all walks of life to support disability services and celebrate the value of inclusion. Every note carried not only artistic beauty, but also encouragement and heartfelt support for individuals with disabilities.
 

The year concluded with the Christmas Celebration and Annual Achievement Showcase, where participants proudly shared the results of their hard work and personal growth. Whether through performances, presentations, or demonstrations of newly acquired skills, each moment reflected dedication, courage, and progress. For many families, seeing their loved ones confidently step onto the stage was the most meaningful gift of the season.
 

For the past 16 years, iST has remained committed to the belief that everyone deserves respect, encouragement, and the opportunity to shine. We are grateful to the Ren-Ai Social Welfare Foundation for its unwavering dedication to disability services and for bringing strength and support to countless families. Looking ahead, iST will continue working alongside nonprofit partners to turn care into action, helping create a more inclusive society where kindness, opportunity, and hope can continue to grow.
