iST Technology Co., Ltd. is committed to youth talent development through the Ministry of Labor’s Youth Employment Flagship Program. With a “Hire First, Train Later” approach, iST helps young people transition into the workplace while gaining practical experience and professional skills.

In recognition of the program’s results, the Deputy Director-General of the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, together with members of the Employment Security Fund Management Committee, visited iST to learn more about our approach to youth talent development and its practical outcomes.

The visit was also an opportunity for iST to share our experience in youth development and the growth of participating young employees.
