We believe that talent is the  foundation of sustainable development
Through close collaboration with schools, we actively cultivate outstanding students to inject endless energy into the sustainable development of the industry and enterprises. For iST, this is a responsibility and mission.

In our outstanding talent cultivation program, we not only provide internship opportunities, but also provide substantial scholarships to enable students who have outstanding academic performance  and character to  study without concerns. It is expected that students who have completed their studies will be able to enter the industry and apply what they have learned, and become outstanding talents for the semiconductor industry.

We were honored to award scholarships amounting to almost NT$1 million to four outstanding students from two schools. They are: 
[Tamkang University] Lin *-Ruo, Li *-En
[Lung Hwa University of Science and Technology] Du *-An, Xie *-Chen

On the path to cultivating outstanding talents, we will continue our efforts and contribute to the sustainable development of the industry. We will work with partners to create a beautiful future for the world.
